Personally, I don't think it's right to omit the article ال (al) and have this entry be Quds instead of al-Quds or Al-Quds, when the article is *always* included when Arabs refer to the Israeli city of Jerusalem. Simply using Quds appears to be more of an English thing than an Arabic thing:

Besides, including the articles in Arabic given names has never been a problem over at the site for given names; see Al-Amir for example. Why should it be a problem here?
