[Facts] What does the name Lancett mean
My boyfriends name is Lancett and I am interested in any information you can offer about his name. I have heard lancett as a word, but never as a name. I tried looking up the name and I found Lance and Lancelot, but not Lancett. This was also his father's and grandfather's name. I would appreciate any information you can offer. Thanks,
Shannon

HiHi
I guess Lancett was before Lalancette... I think (but I'm not sure), Lancett or Lancet and Lalancette (or Lalancet) was the same family... My name is Lalancette and I'm from Quebec city...

It might be prudent to avoid the spelling "Lancette".
