I'm not sure I'd like being named after the Lady of Shalott. The poem is gorgeous, but it's also quite sad. And shalotts are onions, as well, which isn't the greatest association.However, if you really love the poem and the name, I think it would work--but only as a middle name. Layla Shalott (MUCH prefer Leila Shalott, which looks much more dignified and less like Kayla) is my favourite of those you've listed.Combos I like:Florentia Shalott
