I don't know Astraea's pron., but following the lines of other Greek names/words such as Phaedra FEE-dra, paedophile PEE-doh-fyle (unfortunate example I know), I'd be inclined to say a-STREE-a.

It's too out there for me, personally. Astra is far more usable imo.
