[Opinions] Rosabel
WDYT of the name Rosabel?I think it seems sweet and old-fashioned, but still usable, especially with Isabel and its friends becoming more popular. Do you think it's likely to become trendy?Shannon

I prefer Rosalie but Rosabel is lovely too, its nice cos its abit different. I cant see it becoming popular like Isabelle because new trends often tend to go off after something completely different.

I don't care for Rosabel. I much prefer Isabelle (with that spelling), and I don't think it's as popular as it was (I hardly hear it or see with in birth announcements; I don't know any Isabelle's or variations). The only Rose names I like are Rose, Rosalie, Rose Anne, and Rosemary.

I like the name Rosabel very much, although I probably wouldn't consider using it because I think it's a little too frilly. Strangely enough (in light of the "too frilly" comment), I prefer the spelling Rosabelle!I seriously doubt Rosabel (or variations like Rosabella) would become as popular as Isabel, Isabella, etc. are currently. Isabel, though not steadily popular, is a familiar classic with strong historical connections. Rosabel just doesn't have the same kind of powerful background to propel it to the top of the charts. I think it's a safe choice if you're concerned about popularity or trendiness.

Its pretty, but I love short & sweet Rose. However, with the increase in popularity of Isabel / Isabella, etc. type names it definititely won't seem too out of place nor do I see it becoming the next big thing.
