I pronounce it ANTH-uh-nee, but I think I like ANT-uh-nee better. I would spell it Antony too :-)

I have always said it with the H. All the Anthonys I've ever met or heard talked about were TH. (In California & Texas)
I agree about just spelling it Antony. Actually, now that you mention it, I like it that way a bit better.

I like the name, with the pronunciation ANTH-un-ee.
If pronounced as ANT-un-ee, then I'd say spell it as Antony, but I don't care for that name/pronunciation.

I say ANTH-uh-nee. If people want their kids to be called ANT-uh-nee, I'd say just spell it Antony.
I live in the Midwestern US and every Anthony I've known has pronounced their name with the "th" sound. However, I've always known that the "t" sound is also an acceptable pronunciation so I must have heard it sometime somewhere when I was younger. On a related note, almost every Anthony I've met has gone by the nn Tony.
