Charlotte Maren, 13
She is a beautiful girl with her brown, wavy hair and deep brown. She is making friends at school with girls and guys. The boys are head over heels for her accent! Charlotte has found passion in rock music and skateboarding (she was taught by her guy friends!) Her friends call her Maren and have formed a band with her as lead singer!
Katja Helaina, 7
Katja is having troubles in school. She isn't making friends. She is very protective of all of her belongings and is not talkitive or open- even to us. She is seeing a pshchologyst next week.

Or Ivy as we call her. Such a sweetie and is very gifted. She is doing well inkingergarden. She gets along with everyone and loves to shop. With her red hair and green eyes, she's darling.
Eleanora Catrin, 1
She responds to Catrin only. She looks just like her sister, but has FAS (the mother drinks when sge was pregnant), but it isn't too severe.

We talked with Romola when she first moved in, and she said she didn't particularly liked her name, so she decided to change it to Luciana Romola, nn Lucy. She has olive-y skin, dark green eyes and long, curly, almost-black hair. She is so beautiful! She loves to play with Kei, and is a great big sister! She loves dance, cheer and basketball, and she also likes to write, something she is very talented at! She is coming on well with English; she alrady knew quite a bit, but now she is living here in England she is just getting better and better! She is having some problems with the writing and reading part, though, which is a shame because she writes so well, but hardly anyone can understand it! My husband Josh and I both speak Italian so we can understand her easily.
We didn't change Keiko's name, but we gave her the nn Kei, or sometimes Keia. She looks quite similar to Lucy; dark skin, very dark eyes, and short, almost-black straight hair. She doesn't speak much English, but then she doesn't speak much of any language, so we are hoping to teach her to speak both, and Italian if we can do it. She is a loud, happy child who is *very* active! Thankfully, Lucy loves to watch her so we know she is always safe.

Henry Jude (named changed from Damian Henry), 1 month - from U.S. (Oliver's younger brother)
Ella, the oldest, is adjusting well. She was very quiet at first, but she's opening up more and more every day. She is also loving the sunny weather here in FL. :) She has fair skin, blue eyes, and long, wavy auburn hair. She's a shy, sweet, smart little girl and she loves being the "big sister."
Oliver seemed to fit right in right away! He's an outgoing little chatterbox, and he sometimes seemed overwhelmed at his new surroundings but once he's given time to taken everything in, he calms down a bit...and then talks and runs around some more! He is very protective of his younger brother, whom we now call Henry (or as Oliver says, "Henny"), and loves playing with his new sisters as well. Henry is your typical new baby--sleeping, eating, pooping, and sleeping some more. He and Oliver definitely look like brothers with their green eyes and dark brown hair and similar facial features. Henry is a calm baby, very easygoing, but we wonder if he'll be as boisterous as his older sibling someday. :b
Our second youngest, Sunny, definitely personifies her nickname. A little apprehensive at first, for maybe a few hours, she fit right in and loved playing with the other children, and exploring all the new sites, sounds, smells, and tastes (including the dog!) our household and neighborhood have had in store for her. She's a bundle of giggles and smiles, but when she gets mad or upset, you'll definitely know it! She's quite opinionated for 15 months old, but certainly a great joy in our lives.
We love our new family and look forward to watching them grow & change, and giving them all the love and care they need and definitely deserve.

Gabriel Ramon Age 6
Gabe enjoys being "big brother", and spends a lot of time with his sister Stela, 4. His broter Carlos, 3, is wheelchair bound, and his wheels kind of scare Gabe. But Gabe is very polite and tries not to let it show. He has a fairly good grasp on the English language, but he goes to kindergarden in a Latino area of a nearby city. Next year we plan to move him to school closer to home. (It's a thirty-minute drive one way!)
He gets along marvellously with his sisters (Stela and Eulalia, 4 and 1) and brothers (Carlos, 3, and AJ, 2), and loves America. His favorite food is KFC. He is learning to read, but doesn't have the patience for it yet. We have several books in both English and Portuguese or Spanish so he can ease into the language.

Eoin Fergus is an energetic five year old. He has red hair, just like his new daddy. He is requesting his new room be painted green, with a green bedspread, and he wants more green clothes. LOL. He is starting kindergarten on Monday, and is working desperatly with our neighbor, Merrick (6) to get rid of his accent. I don't want him to! hopefully Grady can convince him otherwise.
At nine years old, Grady Cian is Eoin's older brother. They are very close. Grady LOVES our video games, and is always playing them with his new daddy. He's also very intruiged with American Football, and wants to play on a team in the fall. He has red hair just like his brother. People have mistaken them for our real kids! We were afraid he would have some problems, being so old, but everything is good!
Hyun Jung is seven. She is picking very quickly with english. We are going to homeschool her until next fall, to see if she is ready to go into a third grade class. She's very smart, we think she'll be able to catch up. She decided to change her name to Lucy. She loves to run around in our backyard with her new siblings. She is especially thankful to have her own bedroom.
Ai Kimiko is our three year old. Eoin wanted to rename her Mulan, but we voted against that! We're just going to call her Ai. She is a happy toddler!
Ruby is our autistic little girl. She is four. We're working on her communication skills, and looking for a specialist in the area to send her to.

Tiny and Gus are adapting very well, they're both so cute with their strawberry-blond hair. They're both learning English well, and I'm brushing up on my French. The twins love to play with Tiny, and she's starting to pick up their Irish accents in her English. Sally has taken up horseback riding, and cut her curly black hair so short. Fiona keeps hers long, and is learning to play piano. Angus is having a tougher time; he hates the weather here. He's very protective of the younger children, and he and Gus have become so close, though they can barely speak to each other.
