No! Dylan's a Welsh male name, and always has been. Indeed, it's the name of a god! It's like naming your daughter Poseidon, I think.
Dylana's pretty, I think. I like it pronounced sort of like dil-LUN-a, but it could also be pronounced dil-LAN-a.
