I love Isla, obviously (it's not my real name but it's my favorite girl's name), but it seems a bit "I" heavy with Isobel. My fav. combos with it are Isla Camille and Isla Maeve, but those mn's aren't Scottish, obviously. Do you like Elspeth? I don't know that it goes very well with Isla, but it's something to consider--Elspeth is the Scottish form of Elizabeth, and Isabelle is a form of Elizabeth.

I love Finn Lachlan. I don't care for Skye McKenna at all, though, sorry. Skye might be ok as a mn, but McKenna is too trendy imo.
