Piper is a person that plays the bagpipes. Can't you hear those bad jokes coming on?
Q: What is the difference in a dead snake in the road and a dead piper in the road?
A: There are skid-marks in front of the snake.
Q: If you were lost in the woods, who would you trust for directions, an in-tune piper, an out of tune piper, or Santa Claus?
A: The out of tune piper. The other two indicate you have been hallucinating.

A: A moving target is harder to hit.
