Here's a couple of possibilities

-Its source is roshana, a Farsi (Persian) word meaning "Daylight."

-A contemporary blend of 'Ray' and 'Shaun'

Couldn't find much, but.......

Rashaun is a name of English origin, as is its variant 'Rashawn.'
