I have heard it pronounced as
Shaun
in England, but whether this is the "correct" pronunciation I'm not sure!

And the Welsh pronounciation is...
a cross betwee shown and shon, a long o sound. It sounds like
Shaun
with a prolonged au sound to non-Welsh speakers.
