What do you all think of this name. It's my beloved great grandmothers name and i think it would be a nice name and also the nn could be Eli which i absolutely love.

I prefer just Ellis (which I like - equally I think - on both genders).

it has a nice sound to it and I like using family names but its not my style for a girl leastways not as a first name I like it for a boy though
