[Opinions] Eurania
My grandmother's name was Sara Eurania. Have you ever heard of Eurania before? I believe it was the first name of another of my ancestors. What do you think of it? (Its pronounced 'yur-RAIN-ee-uh.')

Urania, or more properly Ourania (Urania's the Latinised version of the Greek), was one of the nine muses. She was the muse of astronomy and astrology, and her name meant "heavenly".
Eurania's probably a version of Ourania, possibly combined with the Greek eu "good".
I don't really like it, sorry.

It seems likely that this is a variant of your grandmother's name.
