[Opinions] Re: Lucas (and others)
in reply to a message by April
I really love Jerome! St. Jerome was a wonderful person; I'm surprised (but not saddened, since I like it) that his name is so uncommon just now. Lucas Jerome sounds very nice. I like the nickname Luke a lot, since I've a cousin Lucas who goes by Luke. (His middle name starts with a J, too, incidentally.)
April always sounded nice with longer middle names to me. I think April Josephine (or April Josepha, if you're daring--I'd like that better), April Beatrice, April Winifred, or April Dorothy would all be nice. It's such a wispy little name that I think it benefits from something nice and grounded in the center. Do any of those suit you? I'll try and come up with others if they don't.
Tobias, of course, will need a J name, I think. Tobias Justin, perhaps? Tobias Julian? Tobias Jonah? Tobias Joel?
I couldn't help you with more names for girls. I'm afraid I find it easiest just to have new favourites discovered on accident, rather than having them suggested.
