I think it's pretty but I think people would probably confuse it with Vienna - which I actually prefer. :)

I know a girl who graduated this year named Vienna. She has younger sisters named Jordana, Lilia and Amaris. I think Vianna is a pretty name.

It's a pretty name. I also like Vianne.

Vianna is all right, I suppose. I wouldn't use it--there are very few -anna/-ana names I like. Mariana is probably my favourite of them; it's the only one I can think of that I'd ever use.
