DROR in this context rather means "freedom " than any kind of bird.
MAROM means "height, summit", but there may be a connection to "lift up (from the dust?)", although the participle would be MERIM rather than MAROM.
TAIR I have no idea

Marom is a female name,
I never heard any female named Dror (Swallow...doesn't sound very feminine),
neither Tair (imperative form of Yair ?)

Dror is in the same family as the name Devorah or Debra- has to do with a door being opened into something new.
Tair is cached within the family of the names Theresa (f) and Terrence (male_ - has to do with a wild pig and fallow ground.
Marom is associated with the name Miriam - has to do with sorrow. This is all I know about them for whatever helps my information adds.
They are very unusual names for sure, and more than likely lost their original forms somewhere along the lines of generations and different language translations.
