in Holland we pronounce it like AHL-bert, so yeah kind of like OHL-bert. I'm not entirely sure how to explain the short a-sound we use, but it's something like OHL-bert.

In Sweden it is pronounced as ULL-berrt
Maybe it is the same way as in Holland.
