I love Christabelle, and that's my favourite spelling too, but I think the name is too frilly for me to use in real life. (I'd use it as a middle name in real life, though.)

I think Christabelle Theresa is nice but maybe a little long, and Theresa Christabelle would flow better. I love Theresa when it's pronounced teh-RAY-sah.
