Some of these I am not sure about however the ones that I know, I'll tell you
Amarissa- Ah-marissa
as far as Brachah goes, you know the "ch" in Chaim? In Brachah the "ch" is used in the same way
so its Brach-ah
Erela- Eh-re-lah
Jensine- Jen-seen
Mayah- My-ah
Samara, rhymes with Tamara
Semira- Seh-myra
Noelani- Noh-el-ah-nie
Not sure about the others, but great choice of names you have there
