It's a pretty cool name and it makes me think of a female version of the name Azrael or Asriel which I like a lot. I think it would go well with a child who had blue or brown eyes, strangely it's a little bit harder for me to picture a child with green eyes having it though, but not too hard. And it's harder for me to picture a blond child with the name Azura, but quite easy for me to picture red heads, brunettes and black haired girls.

I might use Azura if I didn't already have so many names I like, I know I have alot on my list but there are really quite alot more on that list, than I put down.
