That's the first thing that comes to my mine, when a scary Anthony Hopkins says "clariiiice"...

But putting that aside, it's a nice name, I like the nn Clarrie, but I would spell it Clari, because Clarrie looks liek a misspelling of Carrie.

I think Clarice is nice; so is Clarissa, but it doesn't go as well with Elisabeth. Clarrie is adorable :-)

I prefer Clarissa or just plain Claire over Clarice. I think Clarrie is cute for either of these names and Bessie and Clarrie is adorable.
