I love both names, but NOT NOT NOT as a sibset. They're just one sound away from being the same name!Anna, Sofia, Freya, Annika, Tova, and Linnea are my favorite norse names. I also like Mikael for boys.

I adore Astrid, and Ingrid is okay, but as a sibset I am reminded of White Oleander (in which the mother is Ingrid and the daughter is Astrid).Of the others, I like:
Eydis
Freya
Loki (m)
Tyr (m)
Aina
Annika
Dag (m)
Frida
Hans (m)
Lars (m)
Mikael (m)
Niklas (m)
Sven (m)
Thorsten (m) (or Torsten)
Tova
Ylva
Frans (m)
Leif (m)

I love both Astrid (it's on my top 5) and Ingrid and they are NOT too similar. You can definitely use them as a sibset imo. Since I'm from Sweden I have some problems with many of the names you suggested. Most of them are only names that old men and women have. Axel is very popular and I know someone named Gunnar, Niklas, Ylva, Leif, Mikael, Annika, Lars (very common) och Sven(very common). I would try to find some other names to go with Astrid and Ingrid. I don't think that you need a particular Norse name. Many English names are seen as Norse.
I think that Astrid, Ingrid and Christian would be a lovely sibset. I like Peder and Greta as well.

I like Astrid and I love Ingrid, but I wouldn't want to see them on sisters; they are way too similar sounding, imo. But I have a 'thing' about names in a sibset starting or ending with similar sounds. :-/ Names I think would sound nice as a sibling to Astrid OR Ingrid:
Freya*
Aina
Annika
Axel (m)
Dag (m)
Einar (m)
Frida
Greta*
Hans (m)
Lars (m)
Thorsten (m)*
Tova
Ylva
Grete
Leif (m)
Soren (m)I also like:
Cecilie
Finn (m)
Kasper
Jonas
Thora
Sunniva
Rune
Nora
Otto

I really like both Astrid and Ingrid, but they're too similar to use together imo. From your list I like...
Freya - I've seen a few of these in BAs recently.
Loki
Annika
Greta/Grete - As a nickname for Margareta?
Frida
Mikael
Niklas
Leif
Peder
TyrOf the others...
Sven reminds me too much of Sven Goran Eriksson.
Frans/Hans are too typical, if you know what I mean. If someone puts a German character in a book/film, they're usually called this in my experience.
Axel makes me think of car parts.
Gunnar makes me think of guns.
I don't like the "dis" on the end of Asdis or Eydis because it sounds like this, but with an accent.
I don't like the "Ag" in Agda, because I just don't like the sound.I could probably grow to like a lot more of these, but they're too unfamiliar this time round.
