It sounds like a 19th-century feminine form of Eustace or Ewell to me--it just has that air to it. And neither of those appeal to me a great deal--particularly not the latter, which reminds me of the character in To Kill a Mockingbird. :-/
I'd prefer Estella, Stella, Estelle, or Stelle, really. Much as I enjoy some Eu- names (all feminine), this isn't one that appeals to me.
