It's not that bad, I've heard worst. If it wasn't a kind of dessert I'd say it reminds me of names that end in line like Adeline, etc. But I wouldn't name my a daughter Praline, she would probably be teased, and the boys when they are older could make a lot of unappropriate jokes of her name. But if that's the only name she likes she should do it.

I think that was the name of Ashley Judd's character's daughter's name in "Where the Heart Is" (the movie). Then she had a Brownie and a Cherry, I think. lol It was supposed to be FUNNY. It would be horrible for a real child.

That is just stupid! Imagine the teasing the poor kid would have to endure!

Chocolate aside, it does sound quite pretty (due to it's likeness to Adeline, Emmeline and other -line names), as does Pralina. It sounds European and rather exotic.
