I adore Lucia. It is entirely by association who has the masculine form of this name. I didn't particularly like it before, the sound doesn't particularly appeal to me, I think it is a little bit too popular for me and I dislike the nn Lucy. The person I know has affected me to such an extent that I love it now.
The prn I prefer is closest toe loo-SEE-a of the ones on your list. I kind of like it to sound a bit like loo-se-yah if that makes sense. Not too much emphasis on the EE sound.
I know people with the name Lucia, but not well. I know the person with the masculine form of the name much better. Because of him I'd use it, but probably only as a nn.
