[Opinions] Micaiah

I like it, but prefer it for a boy, sorry. I definitely only like the spelling Micaiah.
Can't say I love it, but I do like that it's a legitimate Biblical name. Would be a b*tch for her to get people to spell and pronounce all her life, though. (Many would say that about many of my favorites though, so to each his/her own. LOL.)
I love the name Micaiah on a boy but I'm not so sure about on a girl. I am a fan of Michal and Michaela on a girl but not this. I guess the reason I would object to Micaiah on a girl is that it just seems to fall into the popular trend of Mackenzie and McKenna in stealing boys names from girls and the spelling Machaiah seems like just another trend of misspelling names like Mikayla, Makayla, Mckenzie, Makenzie, and Makenna. I just don't like it and think it's too trendy.
I suggest that you consider the already established feminine names such as Michaela, Michelle, Michal, or what about Mila?
Using your maiden name is a really nice idea, especially since it's so accessible for a girl. But if your husband doesn't like Linn why not consider something like Madelinn or Annalinn or Marylinn so you can add your maiden name spelling of the name to another name. Or you could also consider a similar name such as Linnea, Lindsey, Linda, or Linnet?

I like it, but I dont think I'd ever use it.
I love Micaiah on a boy. On a girl, it has to grow on me.

I like the look of this, but automatically connect it to 'Micah,' which is a strictly male name (for me anyway, I don't know who is bending the rules out there...) so I don't like this name for a girl.
Linn, though spelled differently and such, just seems overused to me, no matter how you spell it. The combo doesn't sound bad though.
Edit - I do like it on a boy, I failed to make that clear. It's just not my type of name for a girl.
