My best friend's name is Elena and she pronounces it as you do.

Elena June is nice.
I personally do not like the name Ruth at all. It sounds like rude to me.

I really like Elena Violet, Elena Lavender, and Elena Corinne. I'm not a fan of Elena Temple, but it reminded me of Elena Tempest, which I really like. Thanks so much for the suggestions. :)
