I love Maia and Maya - great name
:)

I only really like it spelt Mia or Maia. I think that it looks mispelt when spelt with "y" or "e" but agree with most of the others with prn. I pronounce Mia as Mee-ah and Maia as Mye-ah.
I personally love Maya the best. It's a new favorite of mine!
Mia!
Do you want to say "MAY-a" or "MIE-a"?
Because:
Mia is "MEE-a" to me.
Maya is "MAY-a" to me.
Maia is "MAY-a" to me.
Myah is Mya "MIE-a" with the 'h' is nms as adding the 'h' is just plain too much. I don't like Mya though.
Meia is kreatyve, plus I would pronoun it "MAY-a".
Of them I like Mia, as a nn though, for example Mia as a nn for Amelia. Maya and Maia are ok.
If you want "MIE-a" prnounciation then I prefer Mya over Myah. For another spelling it sounds just like Myer (but that's an 'r'-less dialect of English pronounciation (that is don't say 'r's like most Americans)).

Howdy there
Of the spellings you've listed, I like Maia best. I take it you're aimin for the prn MYE-ah in which MYE rhymes with eye. Maya looks like MAY-ah to me, prn like the month of May. Mia as I know it is prn MEE-ah. Mya would make sense, but my two cents, I prefer Maia.
Also, just an FYI, I notice that you are new to BtN. Welcome! I hope you enjoy yourself here. I need to let you know, we have a rule of thumb about posting; we limit ourselves to just a couple or three per day. The reason is that other, older posts get pushed down the board and become archived (and can no longer be responded to); if one person posts many times a day, it reduces the amount of time other posts are available for response. Please limit yourself to only a few posts per day. Try combining; put all your questions and ideas into one or two posts. Posters here are used to this and will respond to all the separate thoughts contained in a post.
Thanks for your cooperation, and again, welcome to BtN.

Mia- I would pronounce it Mea.
Mya-it looks like it is missing something
Myah-the h on the end seems too much
Maya-I like this one the best and would most likely be spelled correctly this way
Maia-I love this spelling as well.
Meia-just looks weird to me
Maya with Maia followed closely after that
