I've never heard it pronounced that way, though I'm aware this is a different name than Tallulah, which I'm more familiar with and pronounce tah-LOO-lah. I like Alenka, Ella, and Ilona.
I love Talulla; it's so frilly and feminine. I think TalullaElaine or Ileana work the best. However, I'm not a fan of Helen names and dislike the repetitiousness of all the l's.
I like the sound of Talulla, but I prefer the spelling Tallulah. This is an unrelated but identical sounding name meaning leaping waters. I think the best mn for Talulla or Tallulah is Shelena. Using a mn that begins with a vowel is a little awkward since the fn ends in the a sound.
I love Talulla (didn't see that one coming I bet :p...I really don't think I have ever disliked a name you have posted about) Its pretty and has a lovely meaning and is quirky and spunky.I like TalullaIleana, TalullaEllen, and TalullaEilidh
