I saw this name recently and fell in love with it! I think it's a beautiful name, very classy, but also playful and sweet. I also like the NN Ellie. What combos work with this name? I was thinking of Elodia May.

Elodia is a type of water plant, and that's all I think of. It's pretty enough, sure, but it really doesn't do anything for me. And Elodie's too Euro-chic for my tastes.
Elodia May flows, but it sounds like an instruction to me. "Elodia May stay up and watch The Muppet Show, but then she has to go to bed."

I love Elodia, especially with Elodie as a nickname, or maybe just Elodie instead. I like Elodia May, but would encourage using Mae unless she's born in May. Also, with the nickname Ellie comes Ellie May, like the Beverly Hillbillies.
