[Opinions] Nile
Yesterday at soccer practice, I noticed my friend Haley was wearing a guitar pick on a chain around her neck. It said "Nile" on it. I asked her about it and she said it was her best friend who moved away. Anyway, I thought it was a cool name and I wanted to know what you thought of it. I prefer the spelling Niall and would only use Nile/Niall as a middle name. Oh and Haley also mention his sister, who's name is Sonny (or Sunny? I'm not sure of the spelling). But yeah, wdyt?

I like both Nile and Niall.
My friend Olivia has an older brother named Nile, so I may be partial to that spelling, but I like them so much I'm not quite sure :-)

Not just a river in Egypt - hehSorry, couldn't resist. :b I prefer Niall or Niles. Nile looks a bit 'off' somehow. Sunny is cute but seems nickname-y.

It's awesome. I'm usually traditional but that name blows me away. It makes me think of the river.

I used to know a guy named Niles. I think I prefer it with the "s".

I love Nile, but for a girl. I also like Sunny, but spelled Sunni, as a nn only though.

I like Nile and I usually don't like really uncommon names! I prefer the spelling Nile to Niall.

I've heard of Nile before - once on a girl and once on a boy. I like it.

It's interesting. I too would put it on mn status. It kind of reminds me of Nigel when I say it.His sister was probably Sunny. I've met a few girls with this name and this spelling. One of them had a sister named Summer. Guess their parents liked warmth.
