[Opinions] Cyril
Wdyt of Cyril? I came across it recently and it's really growing on me. I think it sounds really classy and has some great associations.
Any combo suggestions are greatly appreciated as well. Thanks in advance!
ETA: According to the site, it's pronounced SEER-il, but I say SIE-ril. Am I wrong?

I like it a lot pronounced "SIE-ral," but I've never heard it that way until just now. "SEER-al" seems pretty stuffy and bored to me.
Cool! I'm so fond of it! I have always said and heard SEER-ul, I don't think SIE-ril would work. I have a friend named Lino with a little brother named Cyril...I think they make a wonderful set.
It sounds very stuffy to me. Very stuck-up-person-who-lives-in-a-manor.
I say Sih-ril, with the "sih" like in sink.

I first heard the name in E. Nesbit's Five Children and It. Cyril is a good strong name but in no ways common! I've always said SEER-il but I could be wrong.
I've always pronounced it SEE-ril, but that's just me. I dunno... I sort of like it. It could grow on me.
i know a guy named Cyril...and he pronounces it SEER-il. Combo wise I would pair it with a common classic name
