yes very TomKat. Too much so for me. If I met a little girl named Suri I would immediately associate her with Tom Cruise which is not something I'd want for any child, especially mine.
The meaning is pretty, so maybe for a mn. I don't particularly like it that much to begin with so I'd never use it.
