I like both. I prefer the meaning and look of Brendan, but I have good associations with Brandon. Brandon was terribly popular here in the U.S. in the 90's, which makes it sound a bit dated, but still nice to me. I think if I had to pick, I'd say Brendan, simply because of the history.
