Both strike me as incredibly boring, but I suppose I'd rather be an Isabelle. Less chance of being called Bella (which might as well be Ribbit Ribbit to my ears).
Lilly, Isabelle, and Madeleine sound like sisters, I'll say that much. Isabelle Catharine would be fine.
