Nell Antoinette is very pretty. I like it much better than Nell Antonia.

Antoinette and Nell still have different feelings to me but I think it sounds better and the -ette ending is sweeter than the -ia, somehow.

Hmm...that's interesting. I thought the two hard endings back to back would be a bit much.
