Actually it makes me think of somebody who's slow (mentally).
I had a girl in my High School class whose name was Nadia and she drove me up the wall. She was nice, and I know she didn't mean to be annoying but she wasn't somebody you could reason with, kind of reminded me of a horse with blinders on.
I dislike this name.
