Thanks to all who suggested combos, I liked a lot of the names individually if not the whole combo. I especially appreciate the effort putting together ones with two middle names :)

Bernadette Iris Jacinta (Bex) - I'd love it if Benedetta were the first name.
Louisa Ruby Eve (Bex) - Love Louisa and Eve, not so much Ruby. Good combo though.
Madeline Irene Tziporah (Dot) - Irene is my aunt's name, so this would be a nice way of honouring her, and I love Madeline.
Oscar William Octavian (Distant_Stars) - Love it, but miss_smiley's Oscar combo just wins out, and I obviously can't have two ;)
