[Games] Yes, I agree
Things were rather complicated as far as titles back then, but growing up with titles and each child being taught the system of "how things work" I'm sure it was just common knowledge. And there really were only a certain amount of Dukes, Earls and other titled and entailed men. :) For us now though, when there are fewer people with titles and estates to pass down it's a bit easier and then again it's not. Mr. Smith or Mr. Jones could refer to anyone from a tramp on the side of the road, a movie star, or a billionaire! I love all the pomp and circumstance that surrounded the era in which Jane Austen lived, the clothes, the music, the manners, everything! :)
