It's cute as a nn for Carlotta.

I'm not really sure. There's definitely something very appealing to it, but, at the same time, it doesn't quite seem complete. I dunno. Definitely a potentially good middle name...

With two ts, it's a last name, occurs in Atlantic Canada. ("Latta").
