What do you think of the name Rhianna for a girl?

Which pronunciation do you prefer? ree-AH-na or ree-ANN-ah?

I like it a lot, though I prefer Rhiannon or Rhea. I pronounce it ree-AH-nah.

I really dislike it, sorry. It sounds tryndeigh and fluffy to me (though it is better than Ryan on a girl). Rhianna is ree-ANN-ah to me and ree-AH-nah would be Rhiana.

I like both pronunciations, but I think I slightly prefer ree-ANN-ah. It's a pretty name. :)

It's okay. Reminds me of the singer (spelled Rihanna though). I prefer the ree-AH-na pronunciation.

Rhianna, is nms but perfectly useable. I prefer the pronunciation "Re-AH-na"

I think Rhianna's pretty, but is gaining popularity due to the singer Rihanna. Not something I'd use myself, but I certainly don't mind it. I pronounce it ree-AH-nah - the other pronunciation bothers me for some reason.

Now you've got me singing "you can stand under my um-ber-ella, ella, ella, eh, eh, eh"... lol.

I think Rhianna is becoming popular because of the popular singer with the same name. It is like naming your daughter Cher in the 70's, Tiffany in the 80's, and Alanis in the 90's.
I pronounce the name Ree-ahh-nuh.

It's fine but seems a bit trendy, and like a variant of the nicer Rhiannon. But I'm VERY glad to see it spelled Rhianna and not Rihanna after the singer, which I've seen lately in a few BAs. Nothing against her, I just can't stand that spelling.
