I *love* Octavia and Camilla. They're beautiful names and I would definitely find them refreshing on a girl/woman.
I also really like Verena. And I know one - my mother has a cousin with this name.
I think the above are definitely usable.
Jaswinder has a very cool meaning, but I don't like the name itself.
