I like it, and I pronounce it KEE-an. I also like the Cian spelling, but the pronunciation would be butchered in the U.S., I'm sure. My big problem with Kian, though, is that it appears trendy and made-up, like Ian with a K stuck in the front. Even though that's not the case, that's the sort of vibe it gives off to me, so it's not really something I'd ever use (and yet I still like it, lol).
