[Opinions] Quadruplets
I was on a website I like ( http://search.freefind.com/find.html?id=4919245&pid=r&mode=ALL&query=twins ) and I was browsing the section "Multiple Multiples". There was a family that had a set of twins (Martha and Sam) and a set of quadruplets. What caught my eye was the quadruplets names: Nora, Mellie-Ora, Flora, Dora. I just find it interesting when parents use names that rhyme for their kids, especially multiples. That's all! :-)

Ugh. Nora is lovely but not with the rest- what the heck is a Millie-Ora?(
Dear God - please say you are joking!!!!!!
Oh gosh, poor babies.
I like the names separately, but together... No. Just no.

for pets: maybe
for people: nope
I think of the Brady Bunch when I see Martha,
I like Sam when it's lengthened,
I like Nora,
I DON'T like Mellie-Ora,
I don't care about Flora
and I automatically think - The Explorer when I see Dora.
I think that covers it. Most of them would be alright individually ... but NEVER together.

Nora, Flora, and Dora are fine names, though together it's really tacky. Mellie-Ora is so obviously forced, plus it's simply ugly. Meliora would've been ten times better. It's very odd that their twins would have a fine set of names, and the quads would have such tacky and forced names...

Poor kids :-(
Individuality, that great quality so vaunted by Western society, yet so often seemingly tossed out the window with multiples. :-(
I would've liked most of those names separately, if maybe a little different form:
Martha -- Perfect the way it is
Sam -- Nice as a nickname for Samuel, Samson, or Samantha for girls
Nora -- Nice as a nickname for Eleanora / Elinora
Mellie -- Nice alone as a nickname for Melissa, Melanie, or some other Mel- name
Ora - Pretty by itself
Flora -- Perfect the way it is
Dora -- Ditto

yuck!
Rhyming names are horrible. Children are individual human beings, not a matching set for Mom and Dad to dress up and play with.
And...Mellie-Ora? WTF is that? I don't support the rhyming theme in any way, shape, or form, but if the parents had to go that route, why not Cora?
Edited a few times for clarification.

That sounds more like kitens than children.and what a waste-you could use *all* your favourite names with quads.
Ick. Mellie-Ora just seems forced.
