I've seen Rickie and Ricki on girls but as a full name, usually. I guess it could be used as a nn for America, Erica, Lyric, Patricia?, Richelle and Ricarda. I don't care for it on either gender, as a fn or nn, but esp. not on a girl as a formal name. And it makes me think of Ricky Bobby now (or Rickie Bobbie for a girl, lol).
