[Facts] Re: Catiche

Google led me to this: http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=27491It's a thread about exactly this question. Basically they say that catiche is the word for an otter's burrow, and that it's not used in France -- all evidence puts it in French-speaking Louisiana and Canada. A French Canadian dictionary gives me the definition "effeminate" and says that it is not used in France. Your guess of the pronunciation is correct for French, unless there's a dialectical difference in Canada/Louisiana.~ Caitlín
