For some reason I really like it, I think you could use it as a first name given some of the names out there this one is half way normal.

I really like it, but I prefer Nikodemos (being the Greek name freak that I am).

I think it would be ok with the nn Nick.

I love it! I especially love the meaning, its and Damocles's. I was torn between Nicodemus and Nikodemos for ages and I finally went with Nikodemos because it reminded me less of cigarettes.

I like it as a middle name because it's a but much as a first name even for me. My combo is Rudolph Hugo Nikodemos / Nicodemus. And I can't think of any others atm.

I can't say I love Nicodemus but it isn't weird at all. In fact, it's kind of cool. My m-i-l wanted to name a third son Nicodemus but she had a dd. Re: mns, I'd use something straightforward and two syllables at the most.

I think Nicodemus fits in with the rest of the "old" names and Biblical names that are popular right now: William, Henry, Charles, Samuel, Abraham, Josiah...

Then I realized there was no 'r' in Nicodemus.

I like it! I love the Secret of Nimh too! But maybe because of that I can't see this name on a young child. It would be a great mn, but I suck at combos so I won't even try to torture you with any!:)

Nicodemus is a very cool name, and if it is too heavy he can go by Nic or Nico. Sorry, can I come back for combos?
