[Opinions] Anais?

I love it for BOTH genders [m]
I think if girls can use some boys names, boys can use girls.
I can totally picture Anais on a boy, actually more better then a girl! Go for it!

No! I like it for a girl, but for a boy, not happening. I don't think it woulld work.
We've just had a new niece named that. In France.
Since Anaïs is related to Anna I find her quite feminine, totally charming and completely unsuitable for a boy.

Before I knew how to pronounce it properly (I used to say it: ah-NICE as my French isn't all that great), I was confused as to whether it belonged to a boy or a girl. Now that I know better, it definitely suits a girl better. It's just so.... feminine.
It's totally a feminine name to me.
I like it but I wouldn't use it. I met a very cute French child at a wedding a few years ago called Anais.

I dislike the name on either sex.
Like, severely dislike. Like, it's up there in my top least favourites.
It doesn't appeal on either sex, as far as I'm concerned.
Array (can feel your pain, though--she thinks Rose would be handsome for a boy ;)

It's strictly feminine... I could never see it on a boy.
Feminine! Don't change it to a boys name. ick.
Anais is definately for a girl :)
Anais is definately for a girl :)
For me, it screams feminine.
