Juliane - I'd say this just like Julianne (Julie - Anne)
Julienne - I'd say joo-lee-ENN, personally. But I say Adrienne the same way I say Adrian, so I the only reason I think I say Julienne different is because it's the way I say the word "julienne" (as in finely chopping something, like veggies). :b
